  • Lemon juice- 1 ½ cup
  • Lemon-pepper seasoning- ½ teaspoon

Step by step directions:

  • Step 1: On a clean worktop, place a plastic wrap or parchment. Put the chicken breast and cover with another plastic wrap or parchment. Use a mallet or rolling pin to beat the meat a few times to tenderize it.
